Requirements

- Use only your bodyweight to perform a variety of exercises
- You can also use different items you probably have at home to add more weight or make it more challenging, like tables, chairs, books, mop, backpack and etc.
- Each section has tips for beginners that they can use for the improvement of pushups, planks, single-leg squats and etc.
- At the end of this course, you can use guided cardio/HIIT sessions with your body weight or items you have at home
- Stopwatch included, and no music added so you can put your own music and enjoy the process.

Note:
Although the majority of exercises are bodyweight, please take your time for the proper warmup before the workout to avoid any injuries.
