In this course you’ll be able to understand the meaning and benefits of Mindfulness and Mindful Flow.
You’ll also learn to practice Mindfulness with the art of Rangoli which is an art of connecting dots practiced in India since thousands of years back.
This course will give you relief from stress and anxiety.
For now there are 10 Rangoli designs for practice. There is a video shown for each of the Rangoli for you to help in completing the design.
This course is recommended for everyone irrespective of age, gender, and educational background.
