2) An understanding of our corresponding points system.

3) An understanding of how to use our Human Health Tracking tool to simplify the transition of awareness to health generating action.

 

In just over 60 minutes, you will know how to make health and wellness a priority in your life.

 

First, you will learn about the 6 Pillars of Wellness. Each of them contain life generating power that can be used to build your health up or tear it all down. In the lectures in this course, you will learn exactly why each of the Pillars are so important to our health and how to prioritize them in your life.
