This course is designed to help you to improve your health and wellbeing with a few easy life hacks.
The course is separated into three sections: health (diet and exercise), finance and mentality.
The first section is health, as true wealth is health. And without your health, you can’t enjoy wealth. For this unit, we start with diet. This is because, with the right diet in place, you will WANT to exercise. A carefully balanced diet can increase your energy levels and feeling of self-worth. This newfound energy and positivity will can you to springboard into a better and more wholesome lifestyle. And, with this newfound energy, we will then learn how to harness it into doing exercises that benefit your body.
Once the health section is complete, we will take a look at some fundamental financial basics. Einstein once said that “the power of compounding interest is the 8th wonder of the world. Those who understand it, earn it. Those who don’t, pay it”. Not only will we look at how powerful compounding interest is, but we will also examine how to harness this power for your benefit. Finally, we will look at a few basic principles which will help set you on the right path for financial success and freedom. This course also includes some spreadsheet templates that you can use to help track your progress.
The final section concerns mentality. How to keep focused and also how to maintain your happiness.
