Requirements

  • You’ll need a few items of equipment (which can be improvised) to assist you and ensure your comfort: A mat / towel to lay on, Tennis ball (hard), a bolster cushion or a rolled up towel, a belt (longer than a waist belt), 2 Yoga blocks or general books will substitute.

This course is written by someone who has been through this journey themselves and has been teaching for approximately 15 years.  Her level of experience is such that she is designated as a Continued Education Provider by the governing body Yoga Alliance, meaning that she trains other Yoga teachers as well as teaches students on both a 1:1 and group class format
