  3. To simplify 8 limbs of Yoga for anyone who is keen to go deeper in the knowledge of yoga beyond physical concept. You will learn Yoga poses & Breathing are just two of 8 limbs but yoga is much beyond yoga mat.
  4. The 8 Limbs of Yoga course is also  created to help you learn about the true purpose of yoga, how to use it and benefit from it in all areas of your life.
  5. The course will provide you with over 2 hour of video content, divided into 2 parts. First part  will give you basic knowledge of 8 limbs of yoga & second part will give you approach towards Kids & activities that you can practice with Kids.  The lessons include quizzes, reading, writing and reflection exercises to help you practice and apply what you are learning
